One of the most pleasing things about being a bet365 customer is that you always know where you stood on the site. Upgrades and improvements are made to the site and they are generally little tweaks here and there.

Often you barely even notice them.

However, one of the more recent upgrades to the site has bucked this trend and that is because it has made some fundamental changes to how the bet365 sites look and operate.

And that has had an impact, for the positive, on how customers interact not just with their favourite bet365 site, but with all bet365 sites.

In essence, there has been two major changes that customers will have noticed on the site:

  • Bet365 Vegas has been removed.
  • Individual accounts for separate bet365 sites have been combined into a single balance system.

We have no doubt that you probably have a fair few questions to ask about each of these major changes and in this article we will do our best to answer them.

Let’s start with the fact that Bet365 Vegas is now no longer available and answer some common questions that people may have regarding this.

Bet365 Vegas Removed

  • Why has bet365 Vegas been removed?

In truth, we don’t know for sure. There hasn’t been an official announcement from bet365 as to why they elected to remove their third casino product and in truth, nor would we expect there to be.

However, it is possible to surmise some possible reasons why the site has been removed. The most likely one, in my opinion, is that bet365 are streamlining their service, possibly in response to comments made in feedback from customers, but also perhaps just through their own desire to ensure their site remains one of the most popular for people to use going forward.

By removing Bet365 Vegas and moving many of the top NetEnt titles that were housed on that site to bet365 Games, bet365 customers now only have to visit two sites in order to play the casino games and slots that they enjoy.

You can still play the likes of Gonzo’s Quest, Fruit Shop, Divine Fortune, Motorhead and Starburst amongst other NetEnt games, only now you play them at bet365 Games.

In short, we don’t know for certain why bet365 Vegas was removed, but the change, along with some other tweaks and changes, has certainly made the site more streamlined and you do tend to spend less time clicking between sites to find the games you want to play.

  • What happened to the money in my bet365 Vegas account?

You’re bet365 Vegas account cash is still available in the new account that bet365 now operate. Check out the section below for details on the new single balance system now in operation across all bet365 sites.

  • Have the other bet365 casino sites, bet365 Casino and bet365 Games, been changed?

There have been a couple of tweaks with the site design of both bet365 Casino and bet365 Games along with the decision to remove bet365 Vegas. The new sites are far more dynamic, with a much greater use of video and animations to show the different types of games that you can play at bet365 Casino and bet365 Games.

Both sites still offer a mix of slots, table games, progressive jackpot slot games. However, if you wanted to try and categorise them a little more conveniently, we would say that bet365 Casino is more your traditional online casino, with a focus more on traditional casino offerings, while bet365 Games is more focused on slot games, instant win games, plus relatively more unusual casino offerings, such as Virtual Sports, Pachinko, HiLo, Megaways slots, Instant Win games and similar.

What is pleasing to see is that both sites have been given a huge facelift and the homepage when you log into either site is now much more dynamic and visually very impressive. Yet, you can still easily navigate your way around the site to find the games you want to play.

Fans of Live Casino gaming can still access the dedicated Live Casino offering at bet365, while you can also access these games from within the new bet365 Games and bet365 Casino sites too.

It is this cross-site navigation and linkage that does make searching through the bet365 catalogue of casino games now so much easier and it doesn’t matter if you are at bet365 Casino and want to play a game at bet365 Games. Simply search for it in the search bar and when you find it, click the link to it and you will be automatically taken to play it.

This is all part of the streamlining process that I think has driven these improvements and in my view, they work superbly well for customers, resulting in an easy to use, easy to navigate pair of casino sites that are extremely pleasing on the eye.

By reducing their options and improving the links and navigability between its casino sites, including its Live Casino product, bet365 has proved the old adage ‘less is more’. It is easier to find games, the newly designed sites look fantastic and are very usable and in truth, I don’t think many people will miss bet365 Vegas given how well all the bet365 family of casino sites are now integrated.

And speaking of integration, this brings us neatly onto a second issue which customers will certainly have noticed since the changes were made in mid-October 2021.

New Single Balance System Now In Use

  • What is the Single Balance System now in use across the bet365 family of sites?

In mid-October 2021, bet365 rolled out their new site-wide single balance system. This replaces the need for individual cash accounts at bet365 Sports, bet365 Casino/Games/Vegas, bet365 Poker and bet365 Bingo.

Instead, all these accounts have now been merged into a single withdrawable cash balance.

This balance can be used on any bet365 site, including In-Play and Live Casino offerings and there is now no longer any need to transfer funds between sites.

This makes depositing and withdrawing so much easier for bet365 customers and also gives them far greater cross-site capability, something which many users found frustrating with the old multiple-account system.

  • How are bonuses and free bets organised now that there is just one balance across the sites?

One of the most appealing aspects of bet365 is that it offers so many different bonuses, free bets and similar across its family of sites. The good news here is that these offers have not been affected by the changes to how your cash is organised on site.

While your withdrawable cash balance is now placed in a single account usable across all the different bet365 sites, there are still individual balances for the five major sites at bet365.

  • Sports Bet Credits Balance
  • Games Bonus Balance
  • Casino Bonus Balance
  • Poker Bonus Balance
  • Bingo Bonus Balance

So if you participate in an offer at, say bet365 Poker, that gives you a bonus, then that bonus will be added to your Poker Bonus balance and you can only use that bonus at bet365 Poker. All bonuses are now usable on the site on which the promotion was offered, unless the offer specifically states it is for a cross-site bonus. (For example, a bet £10 on sports, get 10 Free Spins at Bet365 Casino type offer)

  • What happened to the money that was in my former individual site account balances at bet365?

Bet365 sent a message to their customers on the 15th October 2021 that explained what happened to your funds, so if you have not read it yet, check your messages on site for more details.

However, in short, any withdrawable cash funds you held in any of the previous bet365 individual site accounts will have been pooled together and placed in your new single balance.

Any bonus funds you had available will be have been placed in the most relevant bonus account. So, for example, if you had some bet365 bet credits remaining from a sign-up bonus at bet365 Sport, then this bonus will be shown in your Sports Bet Credits balance.

It is generally rare for a site like bet365 to make so many big updates, but the October 2021 updates have radically altered the design, connectivity and interactivity between the sites for the better. The new single balance system is so much easier for customers to use, while keeping open all the opportunities to activate bonuses and promotions across the family of sites.

We think this is the best bet365 betting experience there has ever been and if you haven’t checked it out yourself as yet, why not visit the site to see exactly why we are so excited by these changes!
