This summer, the newest FIFA-sanctioned football tournament will take place for the first time. The FIFA Club World Cup.
If you want to learn more about this 32-team tournament taking place in America from June through July, check out our detailed article on the FIFA Club World Cup from April 2025, when we examined the organisation and constitution of this new event as well as looking at the teams taking part and the draw for the Group Stage.
This article is different. Here we are going to focus on sports betting on the tournament and in particular, the markets most likely to appeal to fans watching the action from the United States. This is our FIFA Club World Cup Betting Guide!
Our aim is to give you an idea of some of the top betting markets you can look to bet on before and during the tournament. This will focus on outright betting, pre-match betting and also in-play betting opportunities.
Of course, you will need to have a betting account to enjoy all these different betting options, and we recommend taking a look at what bet365 Sport has to offer with its latest welcome offer!

There are an outstanding range of Outright markets available for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. We have outlined some of our favourite bets in this particular range of markets.
A hugely popular bet, which is available right now at bet365 Sport (as are all the markets listed here in this FIFA Club World Cup betting guide). This is simply a bet on which of the 32 teams competing in the tournament will be crowned the eventual winners on July 14th.
In addition to picking the winner of the tournament, you can also bet on how far any of the 32 teams will go in the tournament, either reaching the last eight (quarter-final), last four (semi-final) or be one of the two teams to contest the final.
The opening stage of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 features eight groups of four teams from which the top two teams will qualify. With this bet, you are selecting one of those eight groups and deciding which of the four teams in that group will finish top of the four-team table.
Similar to the To Win Group bet, with this bet you have more flexibility as you are backing the team to finish either First or Second in their group and thus qualify for the Knockout Phase of the competition.
This bet is a forecast bet where you predict which team will finish first in a group, and then which team will finish second. Once you make your selections for first and second, the odds on those selections is displayed for you to select to add to your bet slip.
Arguably the most popular bet on football you can make. This bet is simply a prediction of how a match will turn out. Either a home team win, a draw, or an away team win.
A longer odds option compared to the full time result market. With this bet you need to predict the score of the game accurately to win.
Goalscorer betting is always hugely popular and no FIFA Club World Cup betting guide would be complete without it. Personally, while the First and Last Goalscorer options offer better value odds, we always find that the flexibility offered by the Anytime Goalscorer market makes this a much better option for this type of bet.
The markets are self-explanatory with a bet on the first goalscorer, the last goalscorer, or a player to score at any point in the game.
Remember too, with the bet365 Sub On Play On offer, if your chosen goalscorer is substituted off the field, then your bet will continue with their replacement.
A hugely popular bet on whether there will be two goals or fewer (under) or three goals or more (over) in the match in question. You will often find bookmakers will offer other betting lines for this market such as Over/Under 0.5, 1.5, 3.5, 4.5 or even 5.5 goals with the odds for each option reflective of the likelihood of it happening.
A very popular bet on both teams finding the net in the game, or not. This bet is often paired with Over/Under 2.5 Goals, or the Full Time Result markets for longer odds.
As the name suggests, this is a bet In-Play on the next team scoring in a game. It doesn't matter what the score is, this bet is always settled on the next goal in the match (if there is one).
This is a popular in-play bet on whether there will be Over/Under 2.5 goals (Match Goals) in the game. Or for the Alternative Match Goals, this may offer a different Over/Under threshold, say of 3.5 goals, with different odds available to reflect that.
It is worth noting that as goals are scored in a match, these betting markets can change, be finalised or be suspended if the scoreline in the game means that the original lines for this bet is no longer viable. For example, if a game is at a 2-1 scoreline, then you won't be able to bet on the Over/Under 2.5 Goals market as that bet is already finalised.
There's a number of possible bets on the Match Corners market. You may find that you can bet on the number of corners in the first half, picking from a selection of options (either Over/Under a set line, or an exact number of corners). Or, you can bet on a similar market for the second half, or for the entire match.
Similarly, you may be able to break down corners into backing each team and the number of corners that they will get in the first half, second half, or the entire match.
This is a nice simple bet to follow as it is based on which of the two teams will be the last team to score a goal. Remember, even if a team is winning by a big scoreline, they could concede a late consolation to their opponents, which can make this a particularly attractive longer-odds option for those interested in in-play betting markets.
It should be noted that the bets we've listed in each section of our FIFA Club World Cup betting guide are not exhaustive. There are a wide range of other bets you can place in each of these categories on the tournament as a whole, or an individual game on it.
The ones that we have highlighted in our FIFA Club World Cup betting guide are simply the bets that we find to be the most entertaining and which offer the most enjoyment for us when we bet.
