On NFL Week 11, the final unbeaten record in the NFL finally ended when the Kansas City Chiefs were defeated by the in-form Buffalo Bills. Pretty much as we suspected they might when we reviewed the results of NFL Week 10 last week.
There were other very important wins across the league in NFL Week 11 too. The Pittsburgh Steelers took control of the AFC North thanks to a fantastic defensive display against the Baltimore Ravens. The Seattle Seahawks defeated the San Francisco 49ers to make a tight NFC West even tighter and the Green Bay Packers snatched victory over the Chicago Bears thanks to a last-gasp field goal block.
One of the most impressive performances on NFL Week 11 came in Colorado where the improving Denver Broncos, led by Rookie QB Bo Nix, scored a thumping victory over the Atlanta Falcons.
The biggest win of NFL Week 11 came in Michigan where the rampant Detroit Lions crushed the hapless Jacksonville Jaguars 52-6. A result which heaps more pressure on Jags head coach Doug Petersen.
There was a dramatic game in the Big Apple when in a back-and-forth contest the Indianapolis Colts edged out the New York Jets by a single point to keep themselves in playoff contention.
Next week we reach the two-thirds point of the 18-game regular season, so we have added a look at the current playoff picture to our NFL Week 11 review this week, in readiness for the next few weeks of the season which will ultimately decide who makes it into the post-season playoffs.
