The Premier League may have got back into action last week, but this coming weekend sees the resumption of the other big competition to be decided in England over the coming weeks, the FA Cup. Eight teams remain in the competition at the quarterfinal stage, all from the Premier League and it includes three of the top four teams, as well as three more teams from the Premier League top ten in an exciting series of games.

All four games will be played this weekend with one on Saturday evening, followed by three across Sunday. There are no replays or extra time to be played in the games following a change of rules, which now means that if the teams are level after 90 minutes, then they will go straight to penalties to decide the winner.

If you would like to place a bet on the four FA Cup Quarterfinals taking place this weekend in England, then you need a reliable bookmaker with a wide range of Premier League betting markets available. For that bet365 Sport’s New Player Bonus makes great sense if you need to sign up with a site for that reason.

As a customer, you can enjoy a wide range of bets across a massive amount of games from all over the world and for big games, there are a huge range of markets available to bet on, including In Play betting. You can also access Live Streaming (if you have made a bet in the previous 24 hours, or have a credit balance in your account, then Live Streams are free at bet365).

Of course not everywhere in the world has access to bet365 and if you live in Pennsylvania in the United States for example, then you can enjoy other great gambling opportunities using the latest BetRivers Promo Code to sign up. In other states like New Jersey, Nevada and West Virginia, the latest DraftKings Online Sports Book is another site that is a great alternative, while in Indiana, the latest BetRivers Affiliate Code “HOOSIERBONUS” can offer you a good deal when signing up in that state.

There are a number of Premier League games taking place across the weekend, but the FA Cup is the competition taking centre stage with four big games across Saturday and Sunday. We are going to give you our preview and tips for each one starting with the big game at Carrow Road on Saturday evening.

FA Cup Quarter Finals Preview and Tips

Saturday 27th June

Norwich City v Manchester United (5.30pm)

Norwich have won just three of the last 24 games between these two teams and there has been just one draw over that period too, which goes to show Manchester United’s dominance of the fixture going back to March 1991. A month earlier than that Norwich had knocked Manchester United out of the FA Cup and from March 1998 to January 1990 Norwich won five in a row between the teams.

Since then it has all been United with the Red Devils winning seven of the last eight including four 4-0 victories in those games. Since the restart, Norwich have struggled for form while United continued their improved form by landing a good point away to Tottenham in their first game back.

Norwich look set for the drop from the Premier League and the FA Cup may be their only hope for some glory this season, but I can’t see any way that they can get past a United side who seem to be finding their feet and a bit more consistency.

Correct Score Prediction – Norwich City 0-2 Manchester United – 13/2.

Sunday 28th June

Sheffield United v Arsenal (1pm)

Sheffield United have had a pretty tough run of games since the restart having faced Aston Villa away, Newcastle United away and then Manchester United away one after the other. Chris Wilder’s men have had some bad luck in those games, notably against Aston Villa when they had a perfectly good goal disallowed.

Arsenal’s form has been poor in their most recent games, which have all been played on the road, and they won’t be in the most confident frame of mind heading to Bramall Lane, where the Blades have enjoyed a solid record at home over the season.

It is worth remembering Sheffield United are ahead of the Gunners in the league table but I think this one will be closely fought and will likely need penalties to decide the winner and if it does, I feel Arsenal’s greater experience could be key.

Correct Score Prediction – Sheffield Utd 1-1 Arsenal – 11/2

Leicester City v Chelsea (4pm)

In my view, this is the most exciting of the four quarter final ties being played this weekend as third takes on fourth in the Premier League with a place in the semi’s up for grabs. Of the two teams, I have been more impressed with Chelsea so far on their return to action with Frank Lampard’s men earning a good win after going a goal behind away to Aston Villa.

Leicester have shown good things in flashes in their game and they do have the advantage of 48 hours more rest ahead of this game than Chelsea and that, given the fitness levels of both sides, could be a massive advantage. However, Chelsea do have the ability to rest players more so than Leicester so that may be negated a little.

This is another one that I feel will be close but which I just feel the visitors will do enough to claim a narrow victory.

Correct Score Prediction – Leicester City 0-1 Chelsea (8/1)

Newcastle United v Manchester City (6.30pm)

Both of these sides have made very good returns to action with Manchester City in particular looking excellent in both their games so far (although they do face Chelsea on the road on Thursday evening too). Scoring eight goals with none conceded means that City are the team that seem to have been least affected by the enforced break.

Newcastle earned a fine 3-0 win over Sheffield United on their return and they too are in action before this game at home to Villa on Wednesday evening. Another win there would put Steve Bruce’s men in a great frame of mind for this game.

City have not won in their last two visits to St James’ Park but I don’t think that will faze Pep Guardiola too much especially without the crowd present and I expect City to continue their excellent form with a solid win here.

Correct Score Prediction – Newcastle 1-3 Manchester City (10/1)
