Accumulator Tips for Thursday, Friday & Saturday’s Games

Thursday’s Accumulator

Thursday night’s games include a trio of tough away games for the home nations as Scotland face Russia, Wales take on Slovakia and Northern Ireland face off against the Netherlands, all on the road. Other big games that could have major impacts for teams in terms of qualification from their groups includes Croatia v Hungary, Austria v Israel and North Macedonia v Slovenia.

We’ve looked at this rather interesting selection of games on Thursday night and come up with this intriguing accumulator bet.

  • Austria v Israel – Home Win – 2/5
  • Croatia v Hungary – Home Win – 1/3
  • North Macedonia v Slovania – Away Win – 27/20
  • Russia v Scotland – Home Win – 8/15
  • Slovakia v Wales – Home Win – 6/4

Place a £10 bet at the current odds of 15.81/1 with bet365 Sport and this means you would win £158.10 if the five results come in, plus you would of course get your £10 stake money returned too.

Friday’s Accumulator

Friday sees the smallest selection of qualifiers to pick from for this week but it does include some key games including England’s trip to the Czech Republic in what is likely to be the defining game in Group A. The other big game on Friday sees Iceland face France in Reykjavik, with the Icelandic side needing a win to haul in the French.

Here’s our selections for a Friday night accumulator to start your weekend off on the right foot.

  • Andorra v Moldova – Away Win – 11/10
  • Czech Republic v England- Away Win – 9/20
  • Iceland v France – 9/20
  • Montenegro v Bulgaria – Draw – 12/5
  • Turkey v Albania – Home Win – 4/9

Back this fivefold on Friday with a £10 stake at odds of 20.68/1, and this means you would win £206.80 if your bet was successful, and you would also receive your stake money back too.

Saturday’s Accumulator

There are a good mix of games on Saturday and many of them are even contests, which means that there should be some good value bets to be made here. Top games are the Republic of Ireland’s trip to Georgia, Denmark facing Switzerland in the other key game in that group, Italy facing Greece and Norway taking on Spain.

Here’s the accumulator we have put together for Saturday’s Euro 2020 Qualifiers.

  • Georgia v Rep of Ireland- Away Win – 6/5
  • Bosnia-Herzegovina v Finland – Home Win – 11/10
  • Denmark v Switzerland – Draw – 11/5
  • Liechtenstein v Armenia – Away Win – 2/11
  • Norway v Spain – Away Win – 9/20

If you back this fivefold on Saturday with a £10 bet at the current odds of 24.33/1 with bet365, this would see you win £243.30 plus your stake money would also be returned.

Home Nations Tips

England

  • V Czech Republic (A) – Win – 9/20
  • V Bulgaria (A) – Win – Odds Unavailable

Gareth Southgate will know that the first of England’s two group games this week is the most crucial. The Czech’s are 3 points behind England but have played a game more and England did beat them 5-0 in their first game in the group at Wembley. This will be much tougher in Prague, but I still feel England can get the result they want here.

In Sofia for Bulgaria, England should be confident of a victory against a team that they beat 4-0 last month. A win here would confirm England as group winners regardless of any other result, provided they beat the Czech’s on Friday night and I think that is precisely what will happen.

Wales

  • V Slovakia (A) – Lose – 6/4 (Slovakia Win)
  • V Croatia (H) – Draw – Odds Unavailable

Two massive games for Wales and in truth they probably need at least four, if not six points from these games to stand any chance of topping the group and I think that is going to be beyond them. Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey’s fitness will be key to their chances in Slovakia but even so, this is a decent Slovak side and I can see them picking up the win here.

Wales have been strong on home soil but Croatia were superb in the World Cup, reaching the final and though they have lost some key men from that team, they are still a formidable outfit and while I can’t see Wales winning this game, I do feel they will do enough to pick up a draw.

N.Ireland

  • V Netherlands (A) – Lose – 2/11 (Netherlands Win)
  • V Czech Republic (A) – Friendly – Lose – Odds Unavailable

Northern Ireland know they need to try and pick something up from their games remaining, but unfortunately all three games in their group see them play the Netherlands (twice) or Germany, two of those on the road and that is a huge ask and the first of those games comes in Holland this week and in truth, I can’t see this new fast-emerging Dutch side doing anything but win that game.

The Northern Irish may have a better chance against the Czech Republic, but I feel as this is just a friendly game, both sides may well play some fringe players and try a few new things and as such, I think the home side tends to have the best chance to win this one.

Scotland

  • V Russia (A) – Lose – 8/15 (Russia win)
  • V San Marino (H) – Win – Odds Unavailable

Two very contrasting games for the Scots this week and it begins with a very tough test in Russia against a side that has won five of its six games. In truth, I can’t see any way the Scots can get something from this game and I would expect a comfortable home win for the Russians to compound a miserable campaign for the Scots.

However, I do feel they will bounce back with a win against international football’s whipping boys San Marino and anything less than a convincing win would be viewed as a poor result by Scots fans.
