Euro Soccer Bonus

We already know that new customers can receive a fantastic Coral welcome bonus when they sign up with the popular bookmaking and casino site and indeed, there are a number of other bonuses you can receive when you sign up using any of Coral’s wide range of casino, sports betting, bingo or poker sites. The choice is indeed yours.

Well that choice has now got even greater this week with Coral announcing that they have a special promotion for new customers in conjunction with this Friday’s big International Friendly fixture at Wembley as England take on their old rivals Germany in what promises to be an interesting run out for Gareth Southgate’s inexperienced Three Lions squad.

Before we bring you a preview of that game and some of our top tips for it, we are first going to give you the details of this short-term starter offer from Coral which is available for anybody wishing to sign up to Coral Sports for the first time.

England to Score 33/1 New Customer Offer from Coral

Sign up with Coral Sports any time before England and Germany kick off at 8pm on Friday evening and you can opt to take a brand new and short-term introductory offer as your starter bonus.

Open your account and deposit some cash (at least £5 to qualify for the offer) and then you can place a £1 bet on England to score in the game with Germany, which is available in the My Markets section of the betting on the game. As a welcome bonus, Coral will massively boost the odds on this special bet up to 33/1.

What this means is that if you take up this offer and place a £1 bet on England to score in the game and England score at least one goal in Friday’s match, then you will receive a pay-out of £33, which will be paid to you in the form of free bets.

However, if England don’t score a goal then your bet is a loser. But this is the brilliant thing, if England fail to find the net against Germany then Coral will reward you with a £5 free bet which you can use within the next four days on any sports betting market.

This means if England score, you bet £1 and win £33 of free bets. If England fail to score, you bet £1 and win a £5 free bet as a consolation. You can’t lose out with this offer.

The only thing to note about this offer is that if you select it as your starter offer, you then can’t access the standard starter offer from Coral for its Sports or any other of its associated sites. Furthermore, you cannot make your qualifying deposit of £5 or more using the Moneybookers, Paysafe, Neteller or Skrill services. However, all other forms of depositing do qualify for the offer, such as PayPal or Credit/Debit Card payments.

Finally, all free bets you receive will expire within four days of receipt so it is advisable to use up your free bets from this offer as soon as possible within the time period.

As you can see from this offer, England v Germany is always a massive game whenever it is played in football and it always attracts lots of betting. Let’s now preview the big game on Friday night before we take a look at some of the most interesting bets available on it.

England v Germany – Preview

The game is taking place at Wembley Stadium on Friday 10th November with an 8pm kick off Team of Champions Promotime. The teams have met a total of 31 times in total (including games against West Germany) with England winning 13, Germany 15 and there have been just three draws in that time.

Germany have won 10 of the last 14 games between the teams and England have not beaten Germany on home soil since March 1975. Their five wins since then coming in Mexico (1985), Belgium (2000) and in Germany in 2001, 2008 and 2016. The last draw between the teams came at the 1982 World Cup Finals in Spain when the game finished in a 0-0 draw.

Both teams will have relatively inexperienced squads for the game with several key players from both squads either not selected or missing through injury. (Figure in brackets is the number of caps each player has won).

  • Germany Squad:  Goalkeepers – Trapp (1), Leno (6), Ter Stegen (17), Defenders – Sule (7), Plattenhardt (4), Ginter (16), Hummels (60), Rudiger (20), Boateng (68), Kimmich (24), Halstenberg (0) Midfielders – Khedira (71), Draxler (38), Kroos (79), Ozil (86), Can (18), Gotze (62), Brandt (12), Gundogan (20), Rudy (22), Sane (8) Strikers–  Wagner (5), Werner (8), Stindl (9)

Probable Line Ups

  • Germany (4-3-2-1) – Ter Stegen, Can, Hummels, Boateng, Kimmich, Khedira, Kroos, Draxler, Brandt, Ozil, Werner
  • England (5-3-2) – Hart, Walker, Stones, Jones, Cahill, Rose, Dier, Loftus-Cheek, Livermore, Rashford, Vardy

Top Betting Tips

Having looked at the two squads and even with the Germany squad missing the likes of Manuel Neuer, Thomas Muller, Leon Goretzka and Benedikt Howedes, they are still a much stronger squad than England’s very inexperienced squad.

Gareth Southgate has a total of 14 players unavailable to him for this game for one reason or another and that has impacted greatly his options and leaves England looking a tad threadbare, especially when it comes to attacking options in midfield and also in attack.

As such, this looks like being another evening of frustration or England against their nemesis as I can’t see anything here but a solid Germany victory and perhaps a lesson for some of England’s fringe players of how far they have yet to go to become major players on the International scene.

  • Tip 1 – Match Result – Germany to win 21/20 with Coral

Can England score against Germany? I feel even with a limited and untested squad they have a chance to do so against a German side that have been suspect defensively at times. The problem I see England having is being able to keep Germany’s attack quiet and so while I do see a German victory here, I can see both teams finding the net.

  • Tip 2 – Germany to win and both teams to score – 16/5 with Coral

So, if we are looking at a German victory then who is most likely to grab the goals. All three of Germany’s recognised strikers have a decent scoring record but I do think it will be Timo Werner who leads the line for the Germans on Friday night.  However, the way Germany play they do get a lot of goals from midfield and given the form he is in for Manchester City, I do think Leroy Sane, even if he comes off the bench, is a solid option to score at any time at 12/5 with Coral.

  • Tip 3 – Leroy Sane to score at any time – 12/5 with Coral
