The 2025 PDC World Darts Championship is the 32nd edition of the tournament, taking place from December 15, 2024, to January 3, 2025, at Alexandra Palace in London, England.

As the premier event in darts, it will showcase 96 players from around the globe, with the top 32 seeded directly into the second round. The remaining participants, consisting of qualifiers from the ProTour Order of Merit and international tournaments, will begin in the first round.

The matches will follow a set-based format, with players progressing through increasing numbers of sets as the tournament advances. The final will be contested over a best-of-13 sets format.

The total prize fund remains at £2.5 million, with the champion taking home £500,000. Luke Humphries will enter as the defending champion after his 7–4 victory in the 2024 final. Rising star Luke Littler, following a breakout season that saw him win the Premier League, World Series Finals, and Grand Slam of Darts, is also among the favorites.
